Because you are buying a truly natural product, the ointment may become hard in cold temperatures or soft in warm climates. Please keep product stored below 30 degrees celsius.

Shipment will be shipped within the same day of order with couriers provided payment came through before 2pm on working days.
We will ship your order to the address indicated on your payment (Paypal) form. No PO Box/ Parcel lockers/ Lock bags address please.
Shipping time is estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia and with whom your order is shipped through. CBD area will take as quick as 1-3 working days to receive.

After you've completed baby shopping online or shopping at our Gold Coast store, you're able to return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
