The Pigeon Compact Steam Sterilizer offers greater convenience when both in the household and traveling. Its lightweight properties and simple dismantling means easy cleaning. The interchangeable compartment lets your customise its size according to your needs. Using a natural steam sterilisation process, the Pigeon Compact Steam Sterilizer is proven to effectively kill harmful bacteria and protect your baby’s health.
There are 3 possible combinations for assembling the Pigeon Compact steam steriliser to cater your different needs and minimises cleaning effort:
1. For sterilising pacifiers and smaller items, you may attach only the accessory case to the heating unit
2. You may attach only the Bottle Chamber for sterilising breast pump parts, weaning accessories and other medium sized items
3. When sterilising nursing bottles, place the teats, hoods and caps inside the accessory case, and the bottle inside the bottle chamber

Note: To minimise the water residue formation caused by condensation after each sterilisation cycle, place all bottles and accessories face down inside the steriliser. 12 minutes sterilisation is based on sterilising 2 glass bottles with hoods, screw caps and nipples, using 50ml of water at room temperature of 25-27 Celsius.

After you've completed baby shopping online or shopping at our Gold Coast store, you're able to return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In the event that you are returning an item, please ensure that you include all relevant information regarding the return with the item. (ie an invoice, with details of need to return.)
