It is recommended for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a courier service who requires a signature as proof of receipt when advised. For your convenience and as delivery couriers cannot call prior to delivery, we recommend having your order sent to your work address or to an alternative address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

You can request your delivery to be left outside if no one is home. Items being left outside become your responsibility and will not be covered by insurance once they are delivered. If possible, we recommend having smaller items delivered to a workplace where they can be accepted at any time.

If you are not at home a calling card will be left at your delivery address so that you can fix an alternate time for delivery. Charges may apply for requesting a specific time slot. If you do not contact the courier company within 48 hours, the item will be returned to us. If items are returned to us and need to be re-sent, additional delivery charges will reply.

Please note that if any instance where no one is available at the delivery address, and the goods are left at the premise, that the title to the goods are transferred to you, and any occurrence for damaged, lost or stolen items are not covered and warranty is void.
