Baby Barn Discounts is a great web store. They answer the phone when you call, phone back when they say they will, and most importantly, the website tells you whether the goods are in store before you buy them (what a refreshing change).  The subsequent delivery tracking is fantastic and my past purchases have always arrived in good time.  They are not the cheapest on the internet, but worth every cent.  I just wished they stocked everything I need to buy for my baby as I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kate NSW

I was gobsmacked to find my parcel arrived today!! For such a great price on postage it was incredibly quick! I'm so used to waiting 8-9 days for parcels to arrive up here, so it was an awesome surprise! Especially as I desperately needed the part for my pram, so it made my day.  After a move between states, we found the transformer plug for our son's lamp had been damaged by the removalists during packing. We didn't want to replace the lamp, so we checked with hardware stores, electrical shops, large electrical retailers and even the lamp's manufacturer to see about replacing the transformer plug, without any luck. We decided to buy a replacement lamp. After finding Baby Barn online, we thought we'd give the plug one more shot and called Baby Barn. Kerrie was so helpful and really listened to what we needed and didn't try to up-sell us. The cost of the plug was less than 10% of the lamp cost. We got the plug in the mail within 2 days - which is pretty good for Queensland to rural NSW. Definitely a happy customer and definitely will be using Baby Barn from now on. Thanks Very Much Shari

I absolutely Love Baby Barn, and all their wonderful staff! They used to be my local baby store however I have moved over 2 hours away a few years ago and Still choose to drive that 2 hours for the fabulous customer service and products!! There car seat fitting is wonderful too, I did try a fitting station closer to home and still could wobble the whole seat so again more than happy to drive the 2 hours for a job done right! I dont know why anyone would shop anywhere else. I have been delighted with every single product, and the staff are always more than happy to answer any questions and help me out! Also cant go wrong having the nappy change area and Clean toilet for us pregnant mums and the kids play area makes shopping with toddlers a whole lot easier!!

I have visited the Baby Barn on many occasions and I have experienced exemplary customer service. The range of products they carry and the in depth knowledge that the staff possess is unrivalled on the Gold Coast. They really do go out of their way to assist you as best they can, they even offer to help carry heavy things into your car. I have asked about their cheaper online prices and they are willing to match in store. They are not like Pram Warehouse as they actually have stock. They don't just take your money and then you have to wait 3 weeks for it to be ordered and arrive. They are truly the best baby shop on the Gold Coast. I recommend this shop to all my friends.
